WELCOME TO MOUNT PLEASANT PASTOR ANGIE

Pastor Angie Ciarimboli, 45, is the oldest of five children, who was raised along with her three sisters and brother, in a small town located in a rural Western Pennsylvania community.

She, along with her siblings, had a strong faith upbringing by not only her parents, but also by her grandparents which has helped mold her into the woman of faith she is today.

In 2014, after a two year courtship, she married Todd Ciarimboli who she met on e-harmony in 2012. Much like the Brady Bunch, they both have children from previous marriages; four boys, one who is sadly deceased, and a girl who's ages are 23, 22, and two 19 year old's.

They also love three cats named Puss, Gracie and Mittens.

Pastor Angie loves drinking coffee, pizza, and pastries, reading, watching super hero or sci-fi movies, and anything related to history with an extensive fascination for old buildings and architecture.

Pastor Angie has worked outside the home for many years. She has experience as an office manager, legal assistant, bus driver, and a purchasing assistant.

Pastor Angie attended Butler County Community College from 2010-2014 where she obtained her degree in Business, specializing in Business Management and Human Resource Management.

In April 2020 she graduated from the Western PA Licensing School where she immediately put her experience and education to work in conjunction with each other at her first pastoral appointment.

Pastor Angie is currently enrolled at Mathesco College to further her education through intensive seminary courses required by the conference as part of the Course Of Study requirements that she must meet.

Pastor Angie has been actively involved in her local community by serving on the Butler County

Prison Ministry. Previously she has volunteered as a youth leader, communion steward, small group/Bible study leader, assisting her Pastor with preliminary worship and many other miscellaneous volunteer opportunities in her area.

Pastor Angie has a pastoral heart for ministry. Especially for reaching out to people who have been diagnosed with cancer. As a recent breast and ovarian cancer survivor, it is her passion to help others going through cancer.  An interesting fact about Pastor Angie is that during  her fight against cancer she wrote and published a book of poetry called Kaleidoscope which can be purchased on Amazon or Barnes and Noble.

Pastor Angie is excited about teaching and has a passion for unpacking the scriptures so that the very youngest parishioner up to the oldest can understand the scriptures in a relatable and relational way.

July 1, 2026 Pastor Angie relocated and joined the beautiful Mount Pleasant community as the senior pastor of the Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church.
